President
Traci Browne, president and founder of Red Cedar, has an extensive background in Information Technology working as a consultant to start-up companies during their early growth years. She transferred her ability to foster communication between departments to the trade show and meetings industry while working for a trade show marketing company. Clients included major pharmaceutical, bio and medical device companies.
While in this role, Traci discovered the biggest impediment to the overall success of the exhibitors was a lack of clearly defined and measurable goals and a lack of communication between departments such as sales and marketing and exhibit management. Many companies were merely exhibiting at trade shows because they always have and were lacking a strategic marketing, PR and competitive analysis plan.
Red Cedar was founded to partner with companies to make sure they were not making those same mistakes.
